SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping your order, up to an order amount of $100; orders in excess of $100 will be shipped free.
We are not responsible for order shipments that are made with an incorrect address, so please make sure to enter the exact address when placing your order. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, so please make sure to enter a street address, name and phone number.
Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped by FedEx ground delivery and are expected to arrive within the time frame stated on your order receipt and on your order confirmation, which is sent to you by e-mail. All orders are shipped signature release - No signature is required unless you live in a multi-unit building, then a signature will be required. If you or the recipient of your order is not there when the delivery is made, the package will be left at the door; we are not responsible for order safety once the delivery has been made.
Our smoked food products are shipped frozen and are therefore very perishable and require special handling. Upon receipt of your order, please make sure to either refrigerate the products or place them back into freezer storage. We ship Monday thru Friday, but the day you place your order is not considered one of the shipping days required for delivery. Weather conditions and major holidays may change delivery availability and all orders are subject to availability of product.
If your order is a gift, please be sure to alert the recipient that something perishable will be delivered via FedEx. We also offer a personal gift card free of charge.
